To provide AI-powered features, input you submit to Velvet Hub, including messages and relevant profile context you choose to share, may be securely transmitted to Velvet Hub servers and processed using trusted AI, moderation, cloud hosting, and analytics service providers.

These service providers may process data only to support core service functionality, safety, moderation, security, analytics, debugging, or customer support, subject to contractual and operational protections.

What may be sent User messages, selected profile context, technical metadata needed to deliver the feature, and any optional content you intentionally submit.
Why it may be sent To generate responses, personalize the experience, maintain safety, troubleshoot issues, and operate the service securely.
User choice Where consent is required, Velvet Hub asks for your permission before enabling AI-powered personalized processing, and you may later manage that preference in-app where available.
Velvet Hub does not sell your personal data and does not share private AI conversations for resale, advertising, or unrelated marketing.

7. AI Safety Monitoring

To help maintain a safe experience, automated systems may review conversations to detect self-harm risk, violent threats, exploitation, harassment, abuse, fraud attempts, or dangerous misinformation.

Where necessary, certain content may trigger supportive resources, warnings, account review, or escalation to human moderation consistent with applicable law.

8. Human Review

Some conversations, reports, or technical events may be reviewed by authorized personnel for safety investigations, abuse reports, technical debugging, quality improvement, or legal compliance. Access is limited to personnel with a legitimate need to know.

9. How AI Responses Work & Their Limits

AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for your exact situation. You should independently verify important information, especially regarding health, mental health, finance, law, relationships involving risk, and safety decisions.

10. Crisis Situations

If the AI detects statements involving immediate danger, it may encourage you to seek urgent help or emergency services. Examples include self-harm intent, suicide statements, harm to others, abuse emergencies, and medical emergencies.

The AI may provide general support, but it cannot replace real-time emergency assistance.

11. Personalization & Memory Features

Where available, the AI may remember selected preferences such as your preferred name, conversation style, wellness goals, topics of interest, or routine reminders. Users may edit or remove stored preferences through settings where provided.

12. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal conversations to advertisers.

Information may be shared only with service providers and partners that help us operate the service, such as:

Violations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
